Of the 30,000 licensed real estate agents in Minnesota, only 81 of us have earned it all four years since the awards's existence.

This designation is not based on sales volume or rankings, but instead on outstanding client satisfaction and respect by our peer group of agents, lenders and title people.

Survey results were based on communication, integrity, market knowledge, negotiation, marketing the home, closing preparation, over all satisfaction and finding the right amenities the clients were looking for in the search and sale.
