The true test of an accomplished Realtor is being able to “manage
the transition.” Essentially,
when you are both selling and buying–– or “transitioning”–– it is critical to negotiate terms and conditions that are most favorable to you; for example, closing times and dates.
Jim will work to help make the transition from your current residence to your new one as smooth as possible whether you're moving across the street or across the country. This might involve such things as locating temporary housing, arranging storage, and coordinating links to neighborhood services.
